This late 19th-century building, including its rear house, was given a new lease on life through a meticulous restoration of all 19 residential units. We were invited to guide the interior design process, ensuring that the architectural heritage remained at the forefront while infusing modern comfort and elegance.
The heart of the project was the reimagining of the entrance hall and staircase — key elements in defining the building's character. Our approach honored the craftsmanship of the past while introducing refined touches to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal. From custom moldings to subtle lighting concepts, each detail was considered to create a sense of arrival that feels both grand and inviting.
As the restoration neared completion, we took the lead in the marketing phase, curating distinct interior styling for each apartment type. Our team produced bespoke visual materials that captured the essence of these spaces, highlighting their unique features and modern livability. The result was a seamless transition from design to market — where history and contemporary design converge to create an enduring sense of place.
