Brought on board during the shell construction phase, we took charge of the interior planning, prioritizing longevity and practicality. An industrial design language was established early in the process, combining raw, exposed concrete ceilings with warm, durable strip parquet flooring to achieve a balanced, modern aesthetic that feels both robust and inviting.

Our scope included the custom design of built-in wardrobes and compact kitchens for each of the eleven apartments, ensuring seamless functionality without sacrificing comfort. Beyond the interiors, we oversaw pre-approvals, coordinated defect management, and extended our work to the outdoor spaces — creating sustainable, eco-friendly exterior solutions. The result is a micro-complex that redefines compact living, blending efficiency with thoughtful design for lasting impact.
